hosts/plover: update DNS setup
...
Which is no setup for now. It's a bit frustrating to deal with
especially with the email stuff. On a future note, the DNS server should
be on a separate machine.

configs: consolidate NixOS and home-manager config into one configs folder

Now we're going beyond these structuring as we might have to accomodate
