nixos/workflows: reclassify as private modules
It doesn't fit with the public module requirement of no reliance of
third-party modules anymore as we'll be using Bahaghari at the near future.

Yes, its a theme that configures GNOME. I mostly want a usable GNOME environment out-of-the-box (with my modifications and whatnot) including a bunch of applications, GNOME extensions, and other core services.
