Recipe: Hard-boiled egg
One of the simplest things to do. (This also serves as my reference templates for my cooking recipes.)
Ingredients
At least 3 cups of water.
An egg.
Instructions
Put the egg until the water boils. For assurance it is hard-boiled, leave for 5 minutes (more or less) in lower heat.
Tips
You can easily peel off the egg shell by shaking it inside of a light bowl filled with water. This will also easily cool down the heat.
It is easy to overcook the egg. It might be better to set the heat to lower levels for a longer duration.
Older eggs are easier to hard boil. You can find if the egg is old enough by seeing if it tilts upwards in the water. (This is also how you test the egg is bad enough if it floats.)
