Shaved ice
A simple form of ice. This is useful for injecting flavors while having its icy form, perfect for something like an Ice scramble.
Ingredients and tools
A blender to crush the ice.
Ice.
Water.
Instructions
Put ice into the blender and fill the container with almost the same volume as the ice.
Crush the ice by turning the blender in pulse or in continuous short bursts. Occasionally shake or stir the ice in the middle of mixing to mix whole chunks of ice that haven't reached the blades yet.
