Or iskrambol in localized form.
It's basically shaved ice with some flavoring.
Ingredients
Flavorings of your choice. In this example, we'll have chocolate powder and sugar.
Optional but toppings of your choice.
Instructions
Mix the flavorings in the ice until incorporated. Don't stir it but rather scoop the flavorings at the bottom and repeat.
Add any toppings (or none at all).
