Thus, we have the tendency to avert to them as much as possible including distracting ourselves with social media, upholding activities for tomorrow, and doing unrelated things.

</p><p>Procrastination is a habitual problem.
|
|
It is a negative habit that rewards you for doing nothing thus can be compared to addiction.
|
|
Furthermore, it leads into the habit of cramming and you'll know from <a href="/wiki/learning.the-basics-of-memory">The basics of memory</a> that the <a href="/wiki/2021-05-14-12-37-18">Learning process</a> does take time to settle.

</p><p>There are ways to fight against this:
