Start with wishful thinking
In other words, fake it till you make it. This is how projects start. Envision how you would use the end product then create a prototype that completes it no matter how badly implemented.
- In programming, we usually call this abstractions where we don't need to worry about the implementation details and whatnot.
- In learning, we could Create roadmaps to stay on track. These roadmaps usually represents what we want to be in the future. If a roadmap is not enough, you can simply create a bucket list similar to Thomas Frank's impossible list.
