a binary cache for Nix builds; pretty convenient for distributing them from your projects
Cachix either uses a personal auth token key or a signing per-cache key
it also has an existing ecosystem of integrations with cloud tools such as GitHub actions

workflow:

cachix authtoken ${CACHIX_AUTHTOKEN}

nix-build | cachix push ${CACHIX_CACHE_NAME}
